Overview
The Lofty Golden Oil ERP system supports thermal receipt printing using standard 80mm POS (Point of Sale) receipt printers. After completing a sale, you can print a professional receipt for the customer directly from the browser.
Receipts follow an 80mm thermal format — the industry standard for POS printers used in retail and distribution environments.
When to Print
You can print a receipt in the following scenarios:

| After completing a sale | A toast notification appears with the option to Print Receipt |
| From the Sales Orders list | Click the Print Receipt icon in the Actions column of a completed sale |
| From the Sale Detail view | Click the Print Receipt button at the top of the sale detail page |
Note: Receipts can only be printed for sales with a Completed status.
How to Print
Step-by-Step
- Complete a sale or locate a completed sale in the Sales Orders list.
- Click the Print Receipt button or icon.
- A print preview dialog opens showing the receipt formatted for 80mm thermal paper.
- Select your thermal printer from the printer list.
- Ensure the paper size is set to 80mm (or 72mm width if your printer uses that standard).
- Click Print.
The receipt is sent to the thermal printer and prints in seconds.

Troubleshooting
Receipt Not Printing
